The sixth print in my Walk to the River series: Across the River

Edition of 25, pulled on a Victorian Albion platen press

Oil based ink on Japanese Hosho paper

The tranquil waters flow past, heading towards the rapids just downstream. In summer, birds skim the surface looking for insects. Willow growing along the opposite shore protects the bank from winter floods.

The print is unframed and unmounted, and will be posted in a reinforced envelope.
