The first print in my Walk to the River series: Down the Lane

Edition of 25, pulled on a Victorian Albion platen press

Oil based ink on Japanese Hosho paper

Head downhill and away from the village, whilst the trees stretch their boughs over the lane. Wild garlic and hawthorn blossom scent the air in spring, and in autumn the children feast not he blackberries which spill over from the verges.

The print is unframed and unmounted, and will be posted in a reinforced envelope.
